Houston, TX - Thursday, November 15, 2007: On Thursday November 15^th the Native American Chamber of Commerce held its Eighth Annual Walking Between Worlds American Indian Scholarship and Corporate Awards Gala. The event was held at the Marriott Woodlands Waterway Hotel north of Houston, Texas.

The keynote speaker was Mr. Russell Means, a noted Native American Actor and Activist. The event was sponsored in part by IBM Corporation, Wal-Mart, Walt Disney Corporation, HEB Grocery Company, Marathon Oil, The Coca-Cola Company and many other well know companies.

At this event Reliant Business Products, Inc. was honored as the American Indian Business of the year for 2007. Present to accept the award was Steve Woodall, President of Reliant Business Products in Houston, Texas. Mr. Woodall is an Enrolled Cherokee and a member of the Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama. Steve stated; "It is an honor to receive this wonderful award as the Chambers American Indian Business of the year. To be able to receive this award while among representatives of the fine companies that are represented in this room is a huge honor."
