The files on this page are in a ZIP format. If you need a program to open these files then direct your browser to www.winzip.com.
If you are on Windows 95 or 98 then choose the W98drvr driver file. If you are on NT, or 2000 then download the W2Kdrvr driver file. XP users have their own driver to install and it is called xpdrvr.
To download the files on this page you will need to right mouse click on the links and select "Save target As". Next, you will need to choose where to save the files to. Remember where you save the files to because you will need to access them later. |

This zip file contains all the files needed to complete the load of the eClick program.
When this zipped file is unzipped a folder will be created called eClick. |

| Install Drivers: |
These drivers are needed in order for the eClick scanner to communicate with your computer.
Note: Pay close attention to the COM Port that your scanner uses to communicate with your computer. We will need this COM Port information later. |

| Install Software: |
This software is used to read the product codes that are in your scanner and transfer those codes to Reliant's eCommerce web site.
A folder called OPSoftware will be created on your computer's hard drive after you install this program. The first time you run this program you will need to go into setup and tell it what COM Port your scanner is on. The COM Port was found in the previous step. |

| Install INI File: |
This file is the key to the eClick ordering system. Without this file you will not be able to order online with Reliant Business Products.
This file needs to be unzipped to the OPSoftware folder on your computer's hard drive.

| Bar Code Font (Optional): |
This step is completely optional.
The purpose for this font is to allow you to create you own bar code order sheet. All you have to do is type stock numbers in your word processor and use the 3of9 font style. This font style will convert the item numbers you enter into bar codes that can be read by the eClick scanner.
After you download and unzip this file you will need to add it to your computer font directory. After it is in your font directory you should be able to use it in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or any other program that uses font styles.
