Ordering Options & Information Access

Reliant's web site is divided into two sections. The first and main section can be reached at www.rbp.com/order. This portion of the site is designed to entertain the individual web surfer and offer the ability to purchase office supplies online. The online ordering system in this portion of our web site uses what is called cookies to keep track of your personal information such as name, address, laundry list items, and the products stored in your shopping basket for a period of seven days. Reliant Business Products does not maintain any personal or prospect information from a customer if an order is placed through this portion of our web site. For example, we will be unable to offer the customer access to his/her personal information as well as product usage report information. The reason this information is inaccessible to the customer is because it is collected on a company wide scale. We do not maintain any personal information that is transmitted to us from this portion of our web site!

The second section of our web site is the Commercial or Corporate Account section. It can be reached from a link on the main page or by typing in the following URL: www.rbp.com/order. The purpose of this section is to inform the Corporate purchaser about our National Accounts Program and the extended services that are offered by becoming a registered account customer. As a registered account customer you will be able to access any account information and product usage report information that Reliant has on record. To acquire this confidential information you must call Reliant Business Products at the telephone number located at the bottom of this page.
